Consumer rights: If you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory statutory rights apply in addition to this policy.

This Return Policy explains how to cancel contracts, return NaturaCardiovive and other products, and obtain refunds when eligible. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts

If you qualify as a consumer under EU consumer protection rules, you may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. If your order contains multiple lots, the period may start when you receive the last lot.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement by email or post. You may use available forms but are not required to use a specific template. To meet the deadline, send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Exceptions for health protection and sealed goods

EU law provides exceptions to withdrawal rights for goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery where they are not suitable for return. Many food supplements fall within this category once the seal is broken. If you open sealed packaging, withdrawal rights may no longer apply. If the goods remain sealed and eligible, standard withdrawal rules apply.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from a contract where withdrawal is available, we reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs at the basic rate, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from when we receive the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we agree otherwise or mandatory law requires us to pay.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Defective or non-conforming products

If goods are defective or not as described, statutory remedies may apply, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination, depending on circumstances. Notify us promptly after discovering an issue. We may request photographs or return of the batch for quality review. Do not dispose of defective goods until we advise, unless safety requires immediate action.

5. Incorrect or damaged shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within a reasonable time with your order reference and photographs of outer packaging where relevant. We will arrange appropriate resolution in line with carrier procedures and applicable law.

6. Refund timing and methods

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times vary. If a partial refund applies, we explain the calculation, including deductions for diminished value where permitted.

7. Return address and instructions

Return instructions, including the return address and any required reference numbers, are provided when you contact us. Unauthorized returns may delay processing. Use trackable shipping when returning higher-value goods.

8. Non-consumer transactions

If you purchase as a business, different rules may apply under contract and mandatory law. Any commercial return terms are stated in your order documentation.

9. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve complaints fairly. Consumers may contact national consumer advice services or alternative dispute resolution bodies where available. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for cross-border cases.

10. Step-by-step withdrawal process

Step one: send your withdrawal notice before the fourteen-day deadline. Step two: wait for our acknowledgment with return instructions if goods must be sent back. Step three: pack goods securely in original outer packaging where possible. Step four: ship using a trackable service and retain proof of postage. Step five: after we receive and inspect eligible returns, we process reimbursement within the statutory timeframe.

11. Hygiene and safety during returns

Do not return products that are unsafe to ship under carrier rules. If you suspect tampering, photograph the packaging and contact us before returning. We may coordinate with carriers for inspection of damaged parcels.

12. Partial returns and bundles

If you purchased a bundle with a promotional discount, partial returns may recalculate pricing according to the terms stated at purchase. If a component is defective, we address replacement or partial refunds consistent with statutory rights.
